Intelligent Spas is open and we offer some work from home tips below - as Singapore implements ‘Circuit Breaker’ measures --> I’m still here to support you. Unlike many businesses, we did not need to introduce any additional processes or technology to continue to serve you.

Work from Home Tips

If you are new to working from home full time, here are some tips that may be helpful:

Document 1 work goal at the start of the day and focus on that as your first priority.

Schedule a block of time for work and other blocks for family, exercise, fun, self-care, quiet time, social media, etc.

Wear different clothes for work and leisure to help get into each mode of thinking.

Be realistic about how many hours you can work and how much you can finish if you are also juggling kids, domestics, other things. Be kind to yourself.

Be present in the moment - if you are ‘being’ with family – be with them. Switch off any thinking about work, store the devices, have fun and enjoy your time with each other.

Communicate if you have calls at certain times and help set up activities for other household members so they are occupied and happy during those times.

Recognise your achievements and reward yourself for completing tasks.
