What is the difference?

More individual treatment protocols are now available for download to help you introduce new treatments, or update your existing treatments, including:

Use these treatments as 'add-value' services during the mask stage of your facials and/or during body wraps to offer a complete customer experience - instead of leaving and re-entering the room - which interrupts the treatment and negatively affects the overall spa experience.

These are also great 'up-sell' services you may use to entice existing bookings to increase their time and overall payment amount, where there is space in the bookings schedule. When guests are checking in, if you see a gap in the schedule, ask them if they wish to select another treatment, explaining the options based on the time available and advise them of the price.

You may also promote them as individual express treatments, plus include them in packages of multiple treatments.
