The global spa workplace wellness survey conducted by Intelligent Spas and exclusively sponsored by the Asia Pacific Spa and Wellness Coalition (APSWC), found of the 63% of survey respondents that currently implement workplace wellness initiatives, 86% of those stated a main goal of the program was to improve staff retention.
